Yes. With Energy Crew, you pay as you go. After the first hour, we have no minimum hours requirements. If your move takes less time than quoted, your price will be adjusted accordingly.

Yes. We charge our lowest rates to customers willing to move before or after the end of the month and to those booking early enough (at least 2 weeks in advance).
There are no travel time fees for moves within the city of Toronto. Charges begin when the movers arrive at your residence and continue through the loading of the truck, the drive to your new home and unloading in your new home.
If the pick-up or drop-off address is located outside of the city of Toronto, travel time and fuel charges may apply.
No in most cases. However, if there are more than 26 stair steps from the main floor, a one-time fee may apply.
No. Except when urgent, our movers are asked to avoid taking breaks while on duty. If and when a break is needed, they will report it to you and deduct it from the billed time.
Yes. All fares include the Released Value coverage ($0.60 per lbs.). Only listed items are insurable.
The basic coverage is subject to Exemptions from Liability and Terms of Service available on both sides of the Bill of Lading.
All claims for loss or damage must be submitted IN WRITING, no later than the statute of limitations prescribed on your Bill of Lading (Moving Agreement). Notice of claim must include a detailed description of the claim, weight and proof of loss/damage/delay/overcharge, as well as copies of all relevant moving documents.
All cancellations must be submitted IN WRITTING no later than 72 hours prior to the first pickup date. Be advised that once your move is booked, a space is reserved with a crew for your move and truck routes are determined consequently.
The first hour cost of the move applies to all cancellations made within 72 hours of the first scheduled pickup date. The policy is in place to compensate movers for losses resulting from late cancellations.
Yes. We recommend that you have any necessary manuals and special tools ready for complex furniture. Please note that disassembling and reassembling furniture will likely increase the total billable time.
We do not move pianos up or down stairs. However, If the work can be done safely, we can move SMALL PIANOS when there's an elevator or no more than four stair steps at both the shipping and the receiving addresses. Please note that we do not specialize in piano moving and therefore assume no liability for damages to the piano, flooring and/or surrounding structure resulting from the move of your piano by our movers.
